Required skills
- Higher education;
- Successful work experience of at least one year in customer service (IT, SAAS, digital);
- Skills of negotiation and business correspondence;
- Ability to clearly and competently express their thoughts orally and in writing;
- Ability to build trusting relationships with clients;
- Ability to listen and hear;
Will be a plus:
- Active selling skill;
- English level not lower than B2;
- Experience in technical support or call center.
Duties:
- Advising clients on all issues related to the use of our service;
- Creation of educational content for clients to improve the quality of their customer experience;
- Regular monitoring of the client's involvement in working with the service;
- Development and implementation of activities to increase engagement and retention of clients;
- Regularly collecting feedback from clients and developing recommendations on its basis;
- Reducing customer churn and selling additional services
